Application Process

  1. Call Cooinda Lodge on (03) 5623 0761 to discuss bed availability and suitability.

  2. We will discuss your pre-admission history and ensure a My Aged Care Support Plan has been completed.

  3. We will offer to provide an admission pack or arrange a meeting to discuss admission, costs and any additional care needs. This will also include arranging paperwork and date for admission.

  4. A follow-up phone call can be arranged with family members or the new resident to discuss the transition into aged care and answer any further questions.

  5. If no beds are available at the time of your enquiry, you can be added to Cooinda’s wait list.
