Application Process

  1. Call Andrews House on (03) 5637 4100 to discuss bed availability and suitability.

  2. We will discuss your pre-admission history and ensure a My Aged Care Support Plan has been completed.

  3. We will offer to provide an admission pack or meeting to talk about admission, costs and any additional care needs. This will also include arranging paperwork and date for admission.

  4. Arrange a follow-up phone call from family members or the new resident to discuss the transition into aged care and answer questions.
