District Nursing Services

West Gippsland Healthcare Group’s District Nursing Service provides compassionate, home-based and on-site WGHG clinic based nursing care for people of all ages during periods of illness, recovery, or disability. Home based nursing services can be provided to residents of the Baw Baw Shire Council. 

 

Our nurses support clients to maintain their independence and continue living safely at home, helping to reduce unnecessary hospital or premature residential care admissions.
