Chief Executive Officer

Dan commenced in November 2011. Prior to this he was Chief Executive Officer at Benalla Health. He has extensive health industry experience having commenced his nursing career 30 years ago at Western General Hospital in Footscray. Dan has a particular interest in quality in health care and is a surveyor and member of the State Advisory Committee for the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards

Director of Corporate Services

Justin re-joined WGHG in December 2011. He has worked in the public health industry for over eight years, having previously held the position of Business Manager at Southern Health for four and a half years. Prior to that, Justin was the WGHG Finance Manager for four years.

Audra Fenton RN, GradDip MN, Grad Dip Bus Man, MNurs (Mental health)  ACHSM, GAICD
Director of Allied and Community Health

Audra joined WGHG in 2010 as Manager of The Cognitive, Dementia and Memory Service. Shortly afterwards she became Community Health Manager and in June 2016 became the Director of Allied and Community Health.

Audra is a registered nurse with experience in general and mental health fields and has over 25 years of experience working in clinical assessment and senior management roles both here and in the UK. Audra provides external mentorship to aspiring managers and was formally a peer reviewer for the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.

Acting Director of People and Culture

Leanne joined West Gippsland Healthcare Group on 2014 and has held several senior roles since this time. Her roles have included clinical supervisor, Social Work manager, Quality and Safety manager and Deputy Director of Allied and Community Health.

Leanne is a paediatric social worker and has worked both here in Australia and in the United Kingdom in clinical, educational and senior management roles.

Trish O’Kelly MNurs, Postgrad Cert CritCare, Grad Dip Proj Mgt
Director of Clinical Operations 

Trish joined WGHG in September 2020. Prior to her commencement, Trish was with Monash Health for 15 years holding senior roles including Director of Clinical Operations / Director of Public Private Partnership. Trish has a Master of Nursing, a Post-graduate Certificate in Critical Care and several diplomas. She is currently undertaking a Master in Project Management which will be a great asset as we continue to grow and develop.

Dr Letitia Clark MBBS FRACGP JCCA DipCH
Chief Medical Officer

Leitita was appointed Chief Medical Officer in 2022.  She is a fellow of the RACGP and a GP Anaesthetist.  She has extensive governance experience including board director roles for EVGP training, SGPT and the Gippsland PHN and sits on the Joint Consultative Committee for Anaesthesia Australia.  Letitia’s vision is for rural communities to access quality healthcare locally, and aims to support the local medical community pro provide this care in West Gippsland.
